I love Strawberry, I always wait for the season to arrive, it's one of the most popular berry fruits in the world. It has so many healthy qualities in it like it helps burn stored fat, Low in Calories – High in Fiber, Anti-aging properties, Promote bone health, Good for weight loss, Promote eye health etc but its alway good to have a twist in it to enjoy the luxury taste plus it easy to make.

Recipe :
*1 big full cup strawberry (without the leaf)
*6 to 8 mint leaf
*1/2 Spoon Sugar
*1/4 Cup of water
* Lemon

Method:
Crush the strawberry in the blender
Take 6 to 8 mint leaf with sugar and water
Add 2 to 3 drops of lemon juice
Blend until smooth
Pour into a chilled glass and Enjoy!
